Adeline Chan is the CEO and Co-Founder of AAL INNOVATION, Hong Kong’s first specialized AI transformation consultancy in AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) industry, she leads the firm’s mission to create impact across all three scales of AEC: professionals, businesses and industries by connecting AI supply with market demand.
As a NEC4 ECC accredited project manager and a UK licensed architect (ARB UK RIBA), Adeline combines industry experience with a forward-thinking vision to challenge the status quo. Her insights are grounded in two years of research engaging 200+ industry stakeholders and mapping pain points against a landscape of 100+ AI startup,this deep analysis allows AAL to precisely bridge the gap, deploying targeted solutions for project management, tendering, and contract administration to future-proof the industry—from AI literacy training to strategic implementation roadmaps.
Adeline guides a team of young professionals globally (Hong Kong, Mainland China, UK, Kenya) addressing critical inefficiencies in project management, tender processes, and contract administration — future-proofing the industry starting with AI literacy training to AI implementation roadmaps by referencing FinTech and LawTech parallel transformations.
A catalyst for ecosystem growth, Adeline amplifies her impact through thought leadership and community. A featured speaker at 60+ global events (2024-2025), she also co-curated the AI-themed ‘TECHFORMANCE’, the 2025 Hong Kong & Shenzhen Bi-City Biennale. She co-organizes Merakis Creative AI, a 450-member community that fuels the local supply of AI talent and collaboration.
Adeline further shapes the future as a part-time lecturer in Computational Animation at Shue Yan University. Her drive was forged in a past life as a Hong Kong athlete in the 2016 Olympic Qualifiers.

Natalie Gusawir is the Chief Operating Officer of AAL INNOVATION, an AI-driven architecture and design startup based in Hong Kong, dedicated to transforming the AEC industry through digital innovation and upskilling. She is currently completing her Master of Architecture at The University of Hong Kong, building on her strong background in Architectural Studies.
At AAL INNOVATION, Natalie spearheads creative strategy and business operations, bridging the gap between advanced generative technologies and architectural practice. She plays a pivotal role in managing high-impact design initiatives, including the organization of international design competitions that push the boundaries of AI in architecture. Her expertise lies in operationalizing creativity—translating complex AI workflows into accessible strategies for client engagement, business development, and design visualization.
Dedicated to the practical application of digital tools, Natalie actively contributes to the development of the ConTech sector. Her commitment to design innovation is further demonstrated by her participation in the 2025 Bi-City Biennale of Urbanism\Architecture (UABB), where she contributed to the team of renowned computational designer Arturo Tedeschi. As Chief Creative Officer grounded in architectural studies from HKU, he steers the firm’s creative direction, translating complex technological concepts into emotionally resonant narratives that reshape how the industry communicates.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies from The University of Hong Kong, grounding his work in spatial thinking, architectural culture, and visual reasoning.
At AAL INNOVATION, Bosco leads the company’s creative and visual direction, with a strong focus on visual literacy as a critical skill in the AI era. He explores how AI can function not merely as a production tool, but as an active collaborator in shaping meaning, narrative, and perception. Through AI-assisted art direction, he develops distinctive visual languages that translate complex architectural and technological ideas into clear, emotionally resonant visual communication.
