Hi there, if you are reading this, welcome to our website! Behind all the professionalism, the formalities and the ‘fluff’, deep down what this is all about are two things:
(1) curiosity and (2) passion.
Curiosity in alternative ways of living in the present and the future, then passion for testing, failing and trying again, struggling, getting somewhere, then doing it all over again. As we repeat that until we are satisfied, we eventually realized, we are innovating, and our methods became INNOVATION.
I’ve started this journey on my own but I’m far from alone now; with each project, we always bring together a unique mix of professionals; is it a solution that requires an NLP developer? We got the right guy. Is it a solution that requires an ESG consultant? Got that in our network as well. That’s how we work.

CEO & Founder
Adeline Chan is a RIBA architect working in Hong Kong, and is founder of her start up AAL INNOVATION after her last experience as a director of an architectural company and a teaching about AI at the University of Hong Kong. Adeline's current work includes offering AI-focused services and developing AI softwares for clients in the AEC, targeted at their pain points on procurement, project management and ESG reports.
She regularly speaks about the AI strategies implemented in design industry use-cases at events for a variety of institutes and enterprises including The Housing Authority of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Institute of Architects, luxury brands such as Chanel, universities in Hong Kong as well as Africa and many others cases. In Hong Kong, she co-organises MCAI, a 250-person network focused on AI. At the same time, she is a deputy design manager at a French contractor company in Hong Kong, working on government projects as well as looking at the innovative strategies used in construction.
Currently Adeline also serves as Senior Strategic Development Manager XKOOL Technology and the product ambassador for FINCH3D.
